    UNIFORM ADMISSION DEADLINES

    Morning exams: 10:00am / Afternoon exams: 2:00pm

    Students must check in at the main office if you arrive AFTER a test has begun.

    Students should be dropped off and picked up at the front loop.

    There will be hall monitors located by the main office that can help direct students to their testing location, if needed.

    Students waiting prior to, in between or after exams MUST wait in the auditorium only.

    Students will NOT be allowed in the hallways once an exam has started without being escorted by a hall monitor.

    Students meeting with teachers will be by appointment only.

    Students must check in at the front monitor table for permission verification and time.


    SCHEDULED REVIEW SESSIONS

    Students attending scheduled review sessions must sign in at the front monitor table.


    TESTING DAYS BUS SCHEDULE

    How will you get to school?.... Normal AM bus routes will be running daily or you may get your own ride in.

    How will you get home?.... There will be daily dismissal busses running at 10:45, 2:20 and 3:20 to bring students home

    or you may get your own ride home.


    MEAL INFORMATION

    BREAKFAST (7:30 – 7:45) Will be offered and LUNCHES (10:30 – 11:45) will be offered.

    Breakfast items will consist of cereal bars, cold cereal and milk. Lunch items will include cold sandwiches, chips and milk.

    Breakfast & lunches will be served in the Principal’s hallway.


    CELLPHONES & ELECTRONIC DEVICES PROHIBITED

    NEW YORK STATE EDUCATION DEPARTMENT POLICY

    Students are prohibited from using cell phones and other communications devices while taking New York State assessments. The policy also prohibits all students from bringing cell phones and certain other electronic devices into a classroom or other location where a New York State assessment is being administered. Prohibited devices include, but are not limited to:

    • Cell phones, BlackBerry devices and other PDAs
    • IPods, MP3 players, iPads, tablets, and other eReaders
    • Laptops, notebooks or any other personal computing devices
    • Cameras or other photographic equipment
    • Headphones, headsets, or in-ear headphones such as earbuds
    • Any device capable of recording audio, photographic or video content, or capable of viewing or playing back such content.

    Test proctors, test monitors, and school officials, shall have the right to collect cell phones and other prohibited electronic devices prior to the start of the test and to hold them while the test is being administered, including break periods. Admission to the test shall be denied to any student who refuses to relinquish a prohibited device.

    This policy is effective immediately for all New York State assessments, including Regents Exams, Regents Competency Tests, Grades 3-8 Tests in English Language Arts and Mathematics, Grades 4 and 8 Science Tests, NYSESLAT, and the NYS Alternate Assessment.
